Pretty much what I expected. Ordered online and get the product delivered in time. The package is not in perfect condition, but products inside were all good.

I had been notified that the tool was shipped. Just asked customer service order status. Was told the notice was just a reaction to the label being generated. Tool was back ordered but will ship soon. It shipped the next day. All good both product and customer service

The tool is as it is described and if i remember right shipped next day. Then FedEx which has nothing to do with toolup and they have no control over what they do took it for a tour of the US and left it in a shipping center for four days before delivering it. But the tool and the company are five stars on all of the orders that I have made.
