Bolts fell out, Bosch email is broken, need help!
I’ve owned this tripod for a year. Some of the bolts used to lock the height and tilt of it have fallen out and been lost. While this might be my fault, my complaint is about not being able to find replacement parts. In my search, I found this review section and saw the Bosch customer support seemed responsive and offered their email address in several reviews. I tried contacting this email address to get help with my issue only to get a response that this email address isn’t a registered email address and my email just bounces back to me. Yes, I triple checked my spelling and copy/pasted directly from Bosch’s post. Still doesn’t work. Would still really like some help from Bosch…

Nice tripod while it lasted
The tripod was great until the little lever broke off. The lever that holds the 1/4-20 plate in place broke while putting it in my trailer. I have since ordered the BT300HD. I'm trying to find a way to get it repaired. But I can't seem to add tripods to my 10-page long registration tools.

In the past couple of years I have purchased 3 of these. The spring loaded lever for to hold the laser kept breaking off. Limited to what’s available when you’re out of town on a job, I kept buying the same one. I do like that they are light and compact. For the most part they have been great for the work that I do. I think they should at least offer a replacement/ repair part for when this happens again. Tried to add a photo but it says an error occurred and wouldn’t upload.

I have owned this tripod for a few months and I really like it. It is compact and easy to adjust and carry. I work in land surveying and this is my go to tripod. It is durable and will last you a long time. You can't go wrong with the Bosch tool brand!

Height adjustment is stuck
I think this is a good tripod for what I need. But when I pulled it out of the box for the first time and was testing everything when I cranked it max height is is stuck and I can’t lower it. I can’t find anything anywhere to figure out how to fix it

From pictures this looks like another cheap "free" tripod you get with a camera kit. Oh, no it's way better than that. I'm impressed with how this is really well thought out and well made. OK - now if you're a working professional that makes his living with a laser level, this is NOT the tool for you.
This is absolutely perfect for home occasional use. The legs are solid, the feet are big and rubber so they won't slip or mar surfaces, and the center column locks nicely with three arms at the bottom (great for stability.
The head itself is not bad, mostly plastic and not designed for a heavy device. But then you're supposed to use this with a laser level. The mount on top is quick release so you can leave that on the laser full time. You could very easily use this as a nice photography tripod.
The only really cheap part is the crank to move the center column up and down. Oddly, everything else on this tripod is so well made, that crank is way out of place.
The spread for the legs at the lowest position is just over a foot - so it will stand on top of some pretty small surfaces. The center column moves up about a foot, good for fine adjustment.
I'm a photographer having seen a ton of tripods, this one is way at the high end of the inexpensive tripod world. It punches way above its price point.

Was looking to get a spare detachable mounting place. Most that is available seems to be of size 43 x 43 and does not fit this BT150, which seems to follow a non-standard measure. Saw the comment that the part is available and the part number also mentioned 1618C0110Z. Cannot really find this on Bosch site itself and certainly no where else.

Quick Release Clamp Broke Off
The quick release clamp broke off. It appears that the small plastic washer between the spring and the screw was glued on and not glued on good. I could see the glue was added during the manufacturing process with the excess glue dripping. The only thing holding this piece on was a couple of millimetres of surface area that was glued. Is this the best way to manufacture something? Very cheap way to solve this problem. I have searched for a replacement piece with no luck.
