The most uncomfortable grinder I have ever used.
I am a boilermaker by trade, I work for many contractors a year in several different industrial plants. I have used many different professional grade grinders. Milwaukee makes a lot of really great tools, but this 6” corded grinder is not one of them. The body of the tool where the trigger is, is so huge it’s very uncomfortable to use. Everyone I work with agrees that these are a terrible design. The safety switch for the trigger is terrible as well, I’ve seen several removed with a welding rod. The small pin on the guard adjustment also breaks easily.

Best grinder I own
I'm a welder and have come to rely on this grinder alot. It starts smooth runs like a champ I can't bog it down and it's just a great grinder all around.

Awesome smooth runmer
I love this grinder it always has a cutting wheel on it and it just flies through the metal. Also is an extremely smooth running machine, also it's smaller then most grinders in this size category and it just feels great for me. Great product thank you Milwaukee!!!

Gaurd
The gaurd should be open on the bottom. Cutting off bolts close to flush with the surface is nearly impossible.
