Simpson Strong-Tie HWSC6-KT Description
The HWSC head-of-wall slide-clip connector is designed for simplifying the panelization of 6" printed studs and replaces slotted track with a typical printed track, ensuring peak performance and strength.

- (50) HWSC6 connectors
- (110) XLSH78B1414 #14 shouldered screws
Simpson Strong-Tie HWSC6-KT Features
- Edge stiffener rolled into the web and flange for added strength
- Unique cone-shaped dimple for alignment and secure connection
- Replaces slotted track for easier panelization
- Allows up to 1" movement up and down

Simpson Strong-Tie HWSC6-KT Installation Overview
- Install with (1) #10-16 screw into each track flange to each flange of clip.
- Use (2) XLSH78B1414 #14 shoulder screws (included). Install screws into the center of the slot at No-Equal logo.
- Use an optional #10 screw to lock deflection gap during panel construction. Remove after installation is complete.
