  1. Drill a 3/8" hole into the base material to the specified depth.
  2. Clean the hole of debris and dust.
  3. Insert the anchor into the hole and tap it until flush with the surface.
  4. Tighten the anchor using a wrench to the specified torque of 30 ft. lbs.
