3M Scotch Heavy Duty Mining Tape 31 is a premium grade, MSHA approved mining tape with a flame-retardant mastic adhesive and abrasion-resistant rubber backing for splicing and repairing mining cable jackets. It resists abrasion, water and oil and is designed for quick on-site cable repair.
