Scotch Heavy Duty Mining Tape 31 is a premium grade, MSHA approved electrical tape designed for splicing and repairing outer jackets on mining cables. The heavy duty rubber backing and mastic adhesive provide abrasion resistance and a moisture sealing, self healing bond for on site cable repair.
