3M Multi Purpose Duct Tape 3900 is a durable white duct tape with a polyethylene film laminated to cloth scrim and a rubber adhesive for general maintenance repair and construction use. It resists curling tears cleanly from the roll and features a water resistant backing that conforms to irregular surfaces.
