3M Multi Purpose Duct Tape 3900 is constructed of polyethylene film laminated to cloth scrim with a rubber adhesive. This durable tape resists curling, tears off the roll cleanly, and conforms to irregular surfaces for general maintenance, repair, and construction applications. The water resistant backing helps resist wear and light abrasion.
