3M Cold Shrink Insulator 8425-8 is an EPDM rubber cold shrink tube that provides primary insulation and environmental sealing for solid dielectric insulated wires and cable splices rated up to 1000 volts. It installs by hand with no heat or tools and is designed for sealing terminal lug barrels, conduit couplings, and conduit-to-cable breakouts in indoor or outdoor applications.
