3M Cold Shrink Insulator 8427-12 is an EPDM rubber cold shrink tube designed to provide primary insulation and environmental sealing for solid dielectric insulated wires and cable splices rated up to 1 kV. It installs by hand without tools or heat to form a water resistant seal for indoor and outdoor applications, including direct burial and submersible use.
