3M Cold Shrink Insulator 8429-12 is an EPDM rubber, factory-expanded cold shrink tube designed to provide primary insulation and a water-resistant seal for solid dielectric insulated wires and cable splices rated up to 1 kV. It installs by hand with no tools or heat and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
