3M Tape Primer 94 promotes adhesion of 3M tapes to difficult substrates including polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal and painted metal. This light yellow, solvent-based primer comes in a 1/2 pint can and dries quickly for efficient application.
