This Protecta PRO concrete D-ring anchorage plate provides a secure low profile tie off point for fall protection systems when mounted to concrete. The galvanized steel plate bolts in place using the included fastener kit and meets OSHA 1910.140 and OSHA 1926.502 requirements.
