3M Cold Shrink Insulator 8426-11 is a factory expanded EPDM rubber cold shrink tube that provides primary insulation and environmental sealing for cable splices and connectors rated up to 1 kV. It installs by hand with no tools or heat and delivers a water resistant seal for indoor outdoor direct burial and submersible applications.
