3M Cold Shrink Quick Splice Low Voltage QSLV-M is an open-ended EPDM rubber sleeve with sealing mastic designed for inline, non-shielded, low voltage power cable splices. The factory expanded cold shrink design installs without tools to provide a water-resistant seal and dependable electrical insulation in direct-bury and wet environments up to 1 kV.
