3M Scotchcast Electrical Insulating Resin 4N-B is a two-part epoxy liquid resin supplied in a closed mixing pouch for insulating, encapsulating, and moisture sealing cable splices. It bonds to itself and to most modern cable jackets and generates its own heat to cure at room temperature.
