3M Scotchfil Electrical Insulation Putty is a self-fusing, electrical-grade mastic tape designed to insulate and seal irregular surfaces such as fittings and valves. It can be stretched or wrapped to insulate connections up to 600V and operates in temperatures from 32 to 176 F (0 to 80 C).
