3M Single Step Primer 08681 is a fast-drying, one-part urethane primer designed to promote adhesion of urethane adhesives and sealants for windshield and other automotive glass applications. It can also be used to touch up minor pinchweld scratches for corrosion protection and as a black-out primer to help protect against UV rays.
