Accuform Tags By-The-Roll provide an OSHA-style DANGER message to help prevent equipment operation during lockout/tagout. These pliable polyolefin-based tags feature a scuff-resistant, matte write-on surface and include a 3/8 in hole for fast attachment. Packaged as a roll with 250 tags for convenient dispensing.
