With a cast iron base and a sturdy steel column, this 20” DP-1500G gear-driven drill press offers the rigid strength you need for heavy drilling jobs. a massive 5-1/2" diameter to help reduce possible flexing during heavy feeds at maximum capacity, which is 1-1/2" through mild steel. The base and table are made from a heavy casting and both have large T-slots to ensure a proper hold of the material being drilled.
