The CHANNELLOCK 968 7.5" Forged Wire Stripper is designed for superior quality and greater ease of use. Forged for durability and to outlast traditional wire strippers. By incorporating CHANNELLOCK Xtreme Leverage Technology (XLT™ ), it requires considerably less force to cut than traditional high leverage designs. The 968 is a 100% made in USA product with U.S. steel and comes equipped with robust, comfortable CHANNELLOCK BLUE grips, a spring-loaded handle for easy, one-handed operation and a lock for safe storage. It strips 8-18 AWG solid, 10-20 AWG stranded wire, has a reaming head for up to 1" conduit and cuts 6-32 and 8-32 bolts. This wire stripper is an exceptionally strong and versatile tool that every professional will want in their toolbox.
