Delivering up to 45 joules of impact energy, this hammer is ideal for breaking out stairs, creating openings into shafts, breaking asphalt, loosening packed dirt, and more. As part of the Perform and Protect line, it features the SHOCKS active vibration control system to help minimize vibration at the handles. Integrated wireless tool control allows remote activation of compatible DeWalt dust extractors (sold separately) for better dust management.
