So I bought this June of 2021. Immediately, I see my first and biggest problem. When setting up, there is nothing to prevent the tripod legs from going every direction and falling over. Think of a deer trying to walk across a frozen pond. There is no restraining straps or rigid metal brackets to keep the legs where they belong. On tile floor with the rubber protective boots, it slowly slides outward till it falls over if they are too wide apart or if you put them close then a very light touch or gust of wind can knock it over. And now I find that one of the tripod legs is broken right where it attaches to the mounting plate. Can't seem to find the part anywhere. The leg issue is my biggest complaint of this tripod. Don't know if I'll repair it or just junk it and buy a Milwaukee, Ryobi, etc...
I wouldn't recommend this model because of the poor design of the legs.

The adapter easily breaks
There is an adapter plate to convert the 5/8" threads to 1/4" thread devices. The small brass threaded part easily rips out of the plastic. The part does not seem to be replaceable anywhere.
