Dixon 2FM2 Description
Industrial interchange brass quick-connect air coupling bodies are the female end of coupling sets. Also called sockets, they accept coupling plugs (nipple or male ends) to connect tools to air, water, or fluid lines. High-flow couplings increase flow for greater tool efficiency, reduce pressure drop, and decrease air costs. Brass is a strong, highly conductive metal that resists corrosion and maintains durability at high temperatures. Brass is softer than other metal plugs and sockets for better connections and compatibility with copper or zinc piping.
