This powerful compact band saw is 27 percent more compact and 43 percent lighter than its larger 5-inch deep cut counterpart, making it an ideal lightweight portable band saw for plumbers and electricians needing to cut material in place while up on a ladder. Its powerful brushless motor delivers fast cutting speeds for clean, burr-free cuts and its variable speed trigger provides better control when cutting through different materials. A quick-release tool-free blade cover protects the active cutting area for added safety during use, and an LED light illuminates dark work areas. A rafter hook allows quick and easy storage from ladders, struts, and FLEX STACK PACK™ rack rails between cuts.
