Gardner Bender GKC-100A Description
Tough, lightweight, conduit cutter is designed to cut flexible, watertight flexible and schedule 40 PVC conduit sized from 1/2" to 1" in diameter. 8 inch long Aluminum handles are compact, lightweight and durable and the reversible blade offers twice the lifetime of standard blades. To use squeeze moderately while rotating the cutter around the entire diameter of conduit. If necessary, continue with multiple rotations until the cut is complete but do not snap cut. Remember that cutting cold PVC conduit often results in cracking or splintering of the conduit and cutting blade damage can occur as well; we recommend performing cuts on conduit at temperatures of 40 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
