This Tool Collar TC8 and TL8-SS loop kit provides a secure attachment point for tethering hand tools to help prevent drops on the jobsite. The patented collar slips over compatible tool shafts without tape or tool modification and maintains tool functionality while allowing the tool to rotate to help reduce tether tangling.
