This Guardian Tool Collar TC9 and Loop TL8A-SS kit provides a secure attachment point on compatible hand tools to help prevent dropped tools on the jobsite. The collar slips over the tool shaft without requiring tool modification and is designed to maintain normal tool handling while connecting to a tether.
