HoldRite 117-4x3CE Description
The HoldRite 117-4x3CE is a CE Series 4 in. x 3 in. end-of-line no-hub combo or wye restraint for DWV testing applications. It uses galvanized steel straps with stainless steel band clamps to retain the fitting onto adjoining piping when a blind plug or cleanout is installed.

HoldRite 117-4x3CE Features
- Designed for end-of-line positioning in DWV testing applications
- Fits 4 in. x 3 in. no-hub combo or wye fittings
- Galvanized steel straps provide durable restraint support
- Includes stainless steel band clamps
- Helps retain the fitting onto adjoining piping when a blind plug or cleanout is installed
- All stainless steel bands must be torqued to a minimum of 60 in./lbs.
- When installed correctly, achieves a safe thrust pressure rating equal to 50 ft. head of water pressure
