HoldRite 117-8x5CE Description
The HoldRite 117-8x5CE is an 8 in. x 5 in. no-hub combo or wye end-of-line position restraint designed to reinforce cast iron DWV installations. It helps retain the fitting onto adjoining piping when installed at the end of the line with a blind plug or cleanout, and features stainless steel bands that torque to a minimum of 60 in./lbs.

- Designed to reinforce no-hub cast iron installations
- Retains combo or wye fittings onto adjoining piping in end-of-line positions
- For use when either a blind plug or a cleanout is installed
- Stainless steel body, band, and screw for corrosion resistance
- 24 ga. CRS galvanized steel strap
- Bands torque to a minimum of 60 in./lbs.
- Achieves a safe thrust pressure rating equal to 50 ft. head of water pressure when installed correctly
- Designed in accordance with CISPI 301-18, 310-18, and the 2006 CISPI Installation Handbook
