The HoldRite HydroFlame HFEXT121 is a 1 in. high extension designed for 12 in. cast in place firestop sleeves. It helps achieve the sleeve height needed for thicker floor slabs, works with both firestop and hollow sleeves, and can be paired with a second extension to create a 2 in. tall water dam.
