The HoldRite HydroFlame Pro Series closet flange telescoping sleeve is designed for 3 inch no-hub cast iron pipe applications. It features an adjustable 7-1/2 inch to 11-3/4 inch height range, a mid-body seal for a water-tight penetration, and UL listed firestop performance with up to a 3 hour F-Rating.
