The HoldRite HydroFlame Pro Series HFPCD5 corrugated metal deck plate is designed to transition cast-in-place firestop sleeving from a flat form deck to a corrugated metal form deck. It snaps securely onto a size 5 sleeve base and is suitable for metal or plastic pipe applications.
