The HoldRite TestRite 3 in. no-hub spanner ring is a black PVC accessory designed for use with the TestRite black PVC Test/Cleanout tee. It helps secure the test wedge during DWV testing and the cleanout plug after testing in no-hub cast iron piping applications.
