The Hougen RotaCut 1/4 in hole cutter is a precision-ground sheet metal cutter designed to drill clean, burr-free round holes without deforming surrounding material. It features a 3/8-24 threaded mount and can be used with handheld drills or drill presses on sheet metal, plate materials, and plastics.
