IRWIN tools pole augers with weldtec 3/4-in, 29-in length (1826644), pole augers with weld TEFC, welded high speed steel cutting edge is sharper and larger so it cuts faster and lasts longer in dense, treated, or creosote-soaked wood. Feed screw is 50% larger and has a 10% faster pitch and is designed specifically for drilling deep holes in dense wood.
