The Milwaukee Dual Range Non-Contact Voltage Detector is designed to identify voltage anywhere live electricity is present. The expanded sensitivity range offers the ability to detect voltage in common systems that would normally go undetected when using a standard voltage detector. The Dual Range Voltage Detector detects and automatically differentiates low voltage (12-49V) from higher voltage (50-1000V) when in low voltage detection mode. A yellow indicator alerts the user when low voltage is detected, while a red indicator signals high voltage. With an industry-leading safety rating of CAT IV 1000V and IP54 water and dust protection, this tool is built to perform reliably in demanding environments.
