The Reed True Peel PE Prep Tool prepares the outside diameter of PE pipe and tapping tee outlets for electrofusion by removing dirt and oxidation for a smooth finished surface. Its spring actuated blade maintains consistent pressure for a complete peel, while the close fitting mandrel helps reround oval pipe and the observation window shows when the peel is complete. This size specific tool fits 1-1/4 in. IPS DR10 0.166 in. wall mandrel #98672 and includes a protective carrying case.
