These are nice when they have the long chain on them just wish they collapsed flat to maximize gang box storage

Must have for any welders or pipefitters
Must have. Started with a company that didn't have one and I demanded that they buy me a Ridgid tristand vice. It makes my job so much easier and so much faster!

Great product
Great product, assisting with precision pipe and rod cutting. I was told by my plumbing teachers that I didn’t need one for apprenticeship work, in which case, the purchase of this product was a mistake.

Great tool
Bought awhile ago for oil tank installs. Very durable.the unit stays put. The only issue I hav e noticed is the chain in the vice occasionally sticks.

Essential tool
As a retired union pipefitter having used Rigid Tristand vises for many years, I can honestly say there is a reason these are on every union job. They are sturdy, extremely long lasting and a fabricators best friend. You either have one or you need one. I just had to have one for my own personal use. Don't settle for anything but a Rigid, they're the best!!!

Good product.
I got it a month ago, I have used them before, but I needed it for some recent gas pipe jobs. Now I know why only big companies have these. The price. Well worth it though.
