This SharkBite brass expansion adapter is designed to transition 2 in. PEX-a tubing to 2 in. CPVC pipe in potable water systems. Each fitting combines a corrosion-resistant lead-free DZR brass expansion end with a CPVC solvent-weld socket for a durable, code-compliant connection.
