The SharkBite UC114140F brass barb adapter creates a transition from 1-1/2 in. PEX pipe to a 1-1/2 in. female NPT threaded connection. Made from lead-free DZR brass, it is compatible with copper crimp rings or stainless steel clamps and is certified for potable water and hydronic heating applications.
