The HDUE5-SDS3HDG is a predeflected holdown designed for wood framing applications, featuring a hot-dip galvanized finish for durability and corrosion resistance.

- (10) 1/4 in. x 3 in. Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws
- (1) Crescent Washer

- Angled fastening in the four larger sizes engages the screws in tension for higher load capacity
- Overlapping back plate increases fastener strength and shear values

- Set the correct size cast-in-place anchor bolt
- Place the HDUE holdown over the anchor bolt
- Install all Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector Screws perpendicular into the wood member
- Anchor bolt nut should be finger tight plus 1/3 to 1/2 turn with a hand wrench
