Simpson HETA20 Installation Overview
- Embed the anchor 4" into a 6" minimum concrete beam or 8" nominal grouted block wall
- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of the anchor
- Use all specified fasteners as per guidelines
- For mislocated anchors, provide a shim designed by a Truss Engineer
- Avoid installing fasteners where straps overlap in double embedded anchor installations
