Simpson SB5/8X24 Installation Overview
- Install SB before the concrete pour using AnchorMate® anchor bolt holders.
- Follow the plan view detail for accurate placement.
- Ensure minimum concrete compressive strength of 2,500 psi.
- Use overtapped products for HDG SB anchors as per ASTM A563.
- Top nuts and washers for holdown attachment are not supplied; install standard nuts, couplers, and/or washers as required.
