Simpson Strong-Tie STB2-373126SS Description
The Simpson Strong-Bolt 2 Wedge Anchor is a high-performance anchor designed for use in cracked and uncracked concrete. Made from 316 stainless steel, it is suitable for static and seismic loading conditions.

Simpson Strong-Tie STB2-373126SS Installation Overview
- Drill a hole in the base material using a carbide drill bit of the same diameter as the anchor.
- Blow the hole clean using compressed air or ensure it is deep enough to accommodate embedment depth and dust.
- Assemble the anchor with nut and washer, place it in the fixture, and drive it into the hole.
- Tighten the anchor to the required installation torque.

NOTE: Do not use an impact wrench to set or tighten the Strong-Bolt 2 anchor. Oversized holes in the base material will make it difficult to set the anchor and will reduce the anchor's load capacity.
