The Titen HD Washer-Head Heavy-Duty Screw Anchor is a high-strength anchor designed for cracked and uncracked concrete and masonry. It features a washer-head design for low-profile applications and is suitable for sill plate installations.

- Drill a hole in the base material using a carbide drill bit of the same diameter as the anchor.
- Insert the anchor through the fixture and into the hole.
- Tighten the anchor into the base material until the washer head contacts the fixture.
