The Steelman Pro 18241A 1/4-inch carbide double-cut burr is designed to dress tire injuries by creating a clean, smooth, uniform repair channel for better sealing with stem plugs and patches. Includes an adapter for use with low-speed tire buffer tools and a hex key for securing the burr in the adapter.
