Simply soak the Hyper Kewl Wrist Wraps in water for 1 min, squeeze out excess water, and wear on weach wrist. The evaporative cooling at the wrist area will allow the circulating blood to be cooled 10-20' cooler than the ambient tempurature and thus cool the rest of the body.
