This Viega MegaPress FKM adapter connects Schedule 5 to Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe using a press connection on one end and a 1 in. male pipe thread on the other. Built from carbon steel with a zinc-nickel coating and an FKM sealing element, it provides a durable transition from press to threaded connections.
